Bohol Northern Star College held its ROTC Graduation Ceremony on May 12, 2026, celebrating the dedication, discipline, and accomplishments of graduating students under the National Service Training Program - ROTC. The program formally opened with the Presentation of Colors led by the 2CL Officers, followed by the Invocation delivered by CDT Princess Joy C. Bernal. In his Welcome Address, NSTP Coordinator Arjun Mark C. Payot, LPT warmly welcomed the attendees and emphasized the importance of discipline, commitment, and community service among students. The Presentation of Training Staff was led by Elon Kyle B. Castañeras and Carl Bryan Dupalco, recognizing the individuals who guided the students throughout their NSTP journey. One of the highlights of the event was the Presentation and Confirmation of Students for Graduation, spearheaded by Arjun Mark C. Payot, LPT and formally confirmed by Elvie G. Ranollo, MPA, CPA, CTT, Vice-President for Academic Affairs. The ceremony also included the Distribution of Certificates and Awards, acknowledging the outstanding performance and dedication of the graduates. An inspirational message was delivered through a video presentation by CPL Reymar L. De Asis (INF), Admin NCO, inspiring the students to continue embodying the values of leadership, patriotism, and service. Another message from Elvie G. Ranollo encouraged graduates to carry the institution’s ideals as they move forward in their chosen paths. The event also featured a special video presentation prepared by the 1CL Officers of the “Bagsik Class” and the 2CL Officers of the “Kamandag Class,” showcasing memorable moments and experiences shared throughout the training. To formally conclude the ceremony, Jovelyn Curay, RCrim, MSCJ, Program Head of CCJE, delivered the closing remarks, expressing gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of the program and congratulating the graduates for reaching another milestone in their academic journey.
